Born and raised in Mattoon, IL and growing up on a farm we had everything but…. you guessed it! Chickens and Goats! Fast forward 27 years and CKkc Farm was created. What started with my kids 4-H projects quickly turned into “moms” passion and love for making all things with goat milk. Nurse by profession and crazy goat lady as the side gig.
I believe God puts His plans into play when you least expect it and I am incredibly blessed to be able to work in two professions that I love.
Where did the CKkc name originate you wonder? Why the tongue twister? Well… we have a theme here on the farm (until I run out of names). All names start with a “C” or “K”….. Collin, Kacie, Kaylin, Corbin, Cash, Kiri, Kora, Simba (he’s the odd ball out) and the goats of course - Kanaya, Colette, Clarice!
